Secret Holiday Wedding Budget Tip

When it comes to your budget, the holidays are pretty much the worst time of the year.

There is so much spending happening! From parties and outfits to gifts and decorations, it can feel like money is just flying out the window.

The holidays are fun! But, man it can cost a lot.

But then you add planning a wedding into the mix, and it can be too much to handle.

It’s super stressful.

And what makes it worse is that it’s happening all at once.

But, don’t fret! There’s a secret wedding budget tip to help you through the holidays and wedding planning.

And it all comes down to one word…

Yes, the holidays are full of spending. But, they’re also full of sales.

There’s the epic Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals. But, then also all the Christmas deals leading up to Christmas.

And then let’s not forget, the after Christmas sales and New Years sales.

There are tons of sales happening during the holidays.

Which means you can capitalize on those sales for your wedding.

Now I’m not saying you should go nuts and buying stuff just to buy stuff.

But, if you’re going to be buying things for your wedding anyway, why not get it on sale?

You can get your wedding attire and accessories for you, your wedding party and parents.

You can get stationery and thank you cards on sale.

Then there’s honeymoon items, gifts, decor, gym memberships and the list goes on and on…

My personal favorite thing to buy on sale during the holidays is wedding decor.

Because you’re likely doing some DIY projects for your wedding. And all those little pieces can add up!

There’s the tools and materials needed for the project. Or the sheer collection of items like votives or vases and candles.

And if you aren’t careful, it can make your DIY project that’s meant to save you money…not so cost effective.

But, if you can save even a small percentage on all your wedding decor items, it will help your budget.

Because everything adds up. And fast!

And saving on your wedding decor (or anything else for that matter) will allow you more cushion for other areas and help you as you’re planning the other pieces of your wedding.

It’s really a win all around.

So don’t stress out about the holidays and your wedding budget. Instead, use this wedding budget tip and capitalize on it!

Yes you’ll be spending more now, but it will help you and your wedding budget in the long run.
