How to Find Good Budget Friendly Wedding Vendors

A smooth, worry-free wedding requires a good team. Because you just can’t do it all yourself.

It’s impossible!

So, hiring good wedding vendors is important. Not just so that your wedding goes smoothly, but so that your wedding is also what you want it to be.

But, let’s not forget the elephant in the room, your wedding budget.

Because let’s face it, if you have unlimited funds, finding good wedding vendors is easy. Because you can pick (and afford) anyone.

But what if you don’t have unlimited funds?

How do you find good budget friendly wedding vendors?

Start looking in the easy areas first – referrals, vendor lists, real weddings, and pinterest.

If no one fits what you’re looking for and your budget, then it’s time to start being a detective.

You want to look in places where your potential vendors could be that might be a little off the beaten wedding path.

For example, for a musician or a band, you could check out bars, clubs or restaurants with live music.

For a florist, you could check out your neighborhood florists instead of a wedding specific florist. Or a neighborhood bakery instead of a wedding cake baker.

What you’re looking for is someone who has the skills needed, but maybe isn’t as experienced or whose main business or clientele is not weddings.

This way you know that they can create or do what you’re looking for.

But, they’re also more budget friendly because they either have less experience or they don’t usually do weddings.

In addition, when you go with an off the beaten path wedding vendor, what they’re creating for you is likely simpler so that will help with your budget as well.

All of which means you’re finding good wedding vendors at a more budget friendly price.

Now of course, it’s also really important that you throughly vet these vendors. They may not be a good fit for many reasons, so make sure you talk to them.

But, if they are a good fit, they could be the solution you’re looking for.

Wedding vendors come in all shapes and sizes. With different experience, skills and pricing.

Finding good budget friendly wedding vendors can be hard. If you can’t find one going down the normal paths, start looking off the beaten path.

You may find someone perfect for you.
